Delivery and Shipping Information

Items are normally shipped in 3-5 business days through the USPS. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the manufacturing of the item. In the case of a defect email a copy of your receipt and photos of the defective item within 3 business days of receiving the item. All claims are handled on a case by case basis.
